How to take Lotus Herbs

Most of our powders and tonics Taste Good! A few are "the bitter pill to make you sweet."

One dose of the powders (Lotus Blend) is 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon, taken twice a day, morning and evening preferably on an empty stomach followed by a liquid.

Our powders are not tableted or put in capsules for an important reason: the herbs begin to work on the body the moment they touch the tongue. The body immediately responds to taste, digestive secretions start, and they work quickly, the way nature designed.
